Our view from our balcony! How gorgeous is that??? The pool at Lake Buena Vista Resort stays open late into the night and is perfect for families! They also have an adults only pool if you plan on traveling without kiddos.

After we put Henry to bed for the night, we grabbed ourselves a bottle of wine and hung out on our balcony. The soundproof windows and doors are a game changer when staying at a resort like this because we could hangout and we wouldn’t wake Henry up.

A tub fit for a prince! We stayed in one of the resorts two-bedroom suites and it was amazing! My in-laws stayed with us on our last night and it was great for them to have their own bathroom and personal space and we had ours too!

The resort hosts numerous kids activities throughout the week by the pool. I love that if you have older kids, they can hangout and do crafts while you get to be close by hanging out by the pool.

Henry’s favorite…. The chicken nuggets at Lani’s Luau poolside restaurant.

And the best margaritas for mama! If you stay here, you HAVE to try them!!!

Speaking of moms… I had the chance to experience the hot-stone pedicure at the Reflections Spa. I can’t remember the last time I had more than an hour to myself without work, Henry, cleaning, etc. I couldn’t help but also snap a photo of their lobby chandelier! So gorgeous! The staff at the spa was super friendly and I LOVED how clean everything was. They make sure to keep everything meticulously clean and relaxing.

One of my favorite parts about our stay was the full kitchen in our suite. Henry is very schedule oriented baby so it was amazing to be able to make his daily scrambled eggs in our pjs!

Happy Monday!!!

We just came back from Florida and going through major withdrawals. My husband is currently wearing Hawaiian print pants and a cutoff… And made himself a pina colada… I think I am taking this Illinois weather better than he is haha. We had the time of our lives at Disney and while we were there we stayed at the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa. (The resort is a Walt Disney Good Neighbor Hotel and only a 10-15 minute drive from Disney World.) We didn’t have a car in Orlando so it was a perk to that they offer numerous shuttles to and from the parks throughout the day! One of the most obvious parts about this resort to me was how detail oriented their staff was. The fridge in our suite was cleaner than our fridge at home! And I would know haha - being serious OCD and Polish haha! If you are looking to cook meals in your suite, you can Amazon Prime groceries ahead of time and they will hold them for you! How awesome is that??? We also had a full washer and dryer within our suite which was super helpful with a little one. To us, Lake Buena Vista Resort is a home away from home! It’s safe to say as a mom and traveler, I cannot recommend them enough.
